The role
As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial supporting role in the success of our international congresses and exhibitions.
Working closely with a Project Manager, you will:
o Guide and support (inter)national exhibitors throughout the preparation process.
o Be in direct contact with congress organisers and exhibitors, assisting them with stand design, furniture, decoration, and service orders.
o Use our advanced event management software to manage timelines, planning, and communication.
o Coordinate with suppliers to ensure smooth build-up, delivery, and breakdown.
o Handle administrative tasks related to exhibitor services, contracts, and logistics.
o This versatile role offers an excellent opportunity to learn quickly, gain hands-on experience, and develop your career in the exhibitions industry.
Who you are
We are looking for a motivated, positive, and communicative Event Coordinator who is eager to deliver the best possible experience to our clients. You have: A bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Events, Tourism, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field.
Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail.
Willingness to travel internationally for events.
(Some) experience in event or exhibition management is a plus – but ambitious starters are also welcome!
