A travelling exhibition is an exhibition that moves to a different city, venue or country each edition, as international association congresses do. The organiser and exhibitors stay largely the same, while the venue, suppliers, regulations and logistics change every time. EA Exhibitions specialises in travelling exhibitions for international associations and congresses: the same team and processes travel to each destination, working with audited local suppliers in every country — with more than 40 shows delivered in 19 countries.
At shows where EA Exhibitions is the official contractor, exhibitors can order everything for their stand in one place: shell scheme packages, custom stands, electricity, water, compressed air, carpet, furniture, graphics, rigging, audiovisual equipment, WiFi and IT, hostesses, security, cleaning, greenery and waste containers. Orders are placed through the show's digital Exhibitor Portal with a live floorplan and clear deadlines, and the EA service desk is available on site from the first day of build-up.

EA Exhibitions is a member of ICCA (the International Congress and Convention Association) and CLC Vecta, takes part in the AC Forum community, and is a Net Zero Carbon Events signatory and Climate Partner.
