The Role

Within this position you will focus on 2 main elements.

· Lead the continued development of our operations and

· Play a key role in scaling the business.

You will be responsible for managing multiple international events. You advise clients, build strong supplier relationships, define project timelines, and lead on-site execution - all while delivering operational excellence. Next to these responsibilities you will focus on existing clients, acquiring new projects and delivering winning proposals during tenders.


You will:

Take the lead in large-scale exhibition projects throughout Europe and beyond

Manage budgets, and be project P&L responsible

Negotiate and coordinate with international suppliers (AV, stand builders, furniture, logistics, etc.)

Work closely with our in-house Event team

Design and realise project elements such as floorplans, signage, registration- and poster areas, business lounges and association stands

Coordinate RFP responses and creating compelling proposals and quotations

Conduct site visits to venues to assess technical specs, local procedures, and opportunities.


Your Profile

You are an experienced project manager with a sharp commercial eye and a passion for excellence. You know how to lead people and projects, even under pressure. You are client-focused, fluent in English and Dutch, and always ready to go the extra mile.


Minimum requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Event Management, Hotel Management or Business Management)

5+ years of experience in international exhibitions, congresses, or events

Proven leadership experience (team supervision or coaching)

Strong financial expertise; experience managing P&Ls and budgets

Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch (C2 level) and English

Proficient in Microsoft 365

Willingness to frequently travel
